How licensing actually works

A license tied to a person, not a machine.

Most extension licenses lock to one install. WAFlow locks to the WhatsApp number itself — so your whole team can work from it, on any of their own browsers, with nothing extra to buy.

Every answer is signed

The license server signs each check with RSA-SHA256; WAFlow verifies it against a bundled public key before trusting a word of it.

Rechecked on every refresh

Suspend or revoke a key and it stops working at the very next WhatsApp Web reload — not whenever the browser feels like syncing.

Does a license work on more than one computer?
Yes. A license belongs to a WhatsApp number, not a device — every browser signed in to WhatsApp Web with that number can use it, with no extra seats to buy.
Where is my data stored?
Inside your own browser. Boards, tags, notes, canned replies and settings never leave the machine unless you export a backup yourself.
What happens if my license is suspended?
WAFlow checks in every time WhatsApp Web loads. A suspended or revoked key stops the extension at the very next refresh — no waiting, no manual sync.
Can I run it on WhatsApp Business?
WAFlow runs inside WhatsApp Web itself, so it works the same way whichever kind of WhatsApp account is signed in there.
Can I resell WAFlow under my own brand?
Yes — the Extensions module builds you a copy with your own name, logo, colour and website address, and your company details show to the customers you license it to.
